No other fees! Your page will be active until your property sells or you take it off the market!

For your convenience, you may register electronically, by mail, or by phone. If you are interested in our real estate professional photography option, you must contact us by or telephone us at 913-432-1008 to schedule an appointment. (Professional photography is limited to local Kansas City real estate only).

Electronic Registration

To register electronically, you must be able to transmit photographs in an electronic format. This would normally require a scanner. Photos in .GIF or .JPG formats are required. If you are unable to transmit your photos in this manner, you may prefer to use our mail option. To register electronically:

• download our order form. Complete the areas of the form as applicable.

• prepare photos in .jpg or .gif format and name them photo1.jpg (or .gif), photo2.jpg, etc.

• attach and send the form and the photo files in an

All orders will be confirmed by email or telephone and assigned a web site address at that time.

We will complete your page within 48 hours of confirmation. If you have access to the internet, please proof the page and notify us of any errors as soon as possible.

We recognize that it is not normally possible to receive your check within the 48 hour development time. However, we want to make your page available as soon as possible and will post it within the 48 hour deadline. If we do not receive your check in a reasonable period of time (usually 7 days of order), we may choose to revoke the page.

To register by mail, send:

• up to five photos (3x5 or 4x6 preferred), marked #1...#5 on back,

• a copy of the completed order form,

• and, a check for the appropriate amount made to

If you would like your photos returned, include a self addressed stamped envelope.

Telephone Registration is available for orders with very short descriptions or for customers with access to a fax machine. This option is generally used if the customer does not have access to email but wants the web site active within 48 hours. If you have pictures, they can be added when available.
