Newspaper advertising is still a great way to tell buyers that you have something to sell. But, normal ads tend to fail because...

  • They fail to motivate the buyer. Although many buyers look through ads, very few are motivated to call. At the very least, its time consuming to play phone tag. And, for many people, its intimidating.

Why You Want to use Newspaper Ads Anyway


People are very curious about technology. When they see a web site address, it makes them want to go see what's there. What better way to make YOUR ad stand out from the crowd! Generate some action!

Here's a typical scenario: A buyer is looking through pages of ads. Suddenly, he sees your ad with a web site address. Now this makes him curious. He likes the idea that he can get more information about your property, ...at his leisure, ...without any pressure. He puts your internet address in his browser and up pops beautiful full color pictures and a complete description of the property.

At this point, the buyer is either interested or not. Either way, you gain. Why? Well, if he likes it, he will certainly call you. And, you know he's a motivated buyer because he's already had a "virtual tour" of your property. Now, your job just got a lot easier. All you have to do is close the deal.

But how do you gain if he's not interested? Well, for starters, he won't be ruining your Saturday afternoon. There's nothing worse than spending the day showing your property to someone that isn't interested. And, there is the outside chance he may know someone that is interested.
